2009 Parent Work Assignment Sign-up

Participating in your child’s activity is always fun and rewarding. To have a successful Track and Field season the coaches need our assistance. Track and Field is likely the highest participant sport on campus so we are asking all parents to assist in the staffing at one home meet this year. Please take a minute to provide your name, email address and contact phone number below as it will be used to coordinate the staffing of the home meets.

This year we will not be asking you to identify the specific event but simply the meet date that you are available for as we will assign you to events as needed. This allows us the greatest flexibility in staffing and efficiency in completing the meet.

We will be looking for experienced “Representatives” in key events so please complete the representative portion of this form below if you are willing to be an event representative and be sure to introduce yourself to a member of the boosters board.
